So... it looks like my search for Ethiopian food in Spain has finally been successful! Some friends are in town and we're going to go out to eat and I thought I'd search one last time for some Ethiopian food here. And while I didn't find any in Madrid, I did find one in BARCELONA!!! Woohoo!!! Yippee!!! Now I just need to wait until I have reason (and time) to go to BCN. SOOO exciting! And they even have a website. Interesting enough I found it on another blog that seems to be for Ethiopians living in Spain. And there are actually recipes on the website. Yeah! Por fin!
