So, the other day that I "relaxed" I worked on a ton of mending and finishing of adjusting skirts that didn't fit or were too long, or that were left behind by former roommates/visitors and that I needed to take in to fig and then finishing curtains and table clothes that i've meant to finish for over a year. So here is some of what I got done, not to mention the pants and such that I hemmed. I generally don't love mending clothes, but the result was definitely worth it. And I'm now excited for my next sewing & mending day. (In part because what I have now is either super-easy or working on actual sewing projects, like some dresses for upcoming weddings and such.) :-)
